Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return request window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any issue.

No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or general returns. Refunds are only issued if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@sneakistry.com so we can evaluate the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will process a full refund or offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Eligibility for Returns (Defective Items Only)
To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process
To report an issue, contact us at info@sneakistry.com. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective, we will replace it or issue a refund. For other cases, a new purchase must be made.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

However, refunds will still only be issued if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refund Processing (Defective Items Only)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
